How to return or exchange a product?
How do I return an item?
1 Go to the online returns section and register your return.
2 Arrange your package, affix the label that’s inside the box and give the package to the delivery person.
3 You will receive your refund within 10 days.
How do I exchange an item?
1 Go to the online returns section and register your exchange.
2 Affix the returns label that you’ll find inside the package to the exterior of the box and give the package to the delivery person.
3 You will receive your new package within 7-8 working days from when you delivered the package.
4 REMEMBER: You can request a change in size or colour for the same model. If you want to request a different model, you must return the item and make a new order.
